David Finklea, President
David Finklea founded Faust Haus in 2011 with a mission to help business owners develop efficient, effective workplaces for ideal prices. He currently focuses on companies in the industrial and manufacturing spaces, as well as those seeking corporate offices.
His master planning and project development skills assure that operational functionality and financial modeling align with commercial real estate prospects.
Additionally, he incorporates strategic planning, infrastructure finance, and consensus-building within his client consultation.
David is the founder and executive director of Chain Reaction Ministries, a nonprofit whose mission is to provide basic transportation for adults working to avoid homelessness through the simple gift of a bicycle.
