Greenfield Pharmaceutical Campus
This global leader in Contract Research, Development, and Manufacturing Organization (CRDMO), is constructing a new, dynamic, state-of-the-art facility that will create approximately 500 full-time jobs by 2026. Phase I of the new 190-acre campus will provide clinical and commercial drug product manufacturing services for a variety of oral and injectable dosage forms, as well as packaging, labeling, storage and distribution services for clinical trial materials and commercial drug products.
Four buildings are part of Phase I, anchored by a 292,000 sf manufacturing building, a 91,000 sf laboratory, a 45,000 sf global headquarters office building, and supported by a 26,000 sf central utility building. Together with three other drug product manufacturing sites this new facility will further enhance the company’s global drug production capacity and capabilities.
