PV Fluid Products
PV Fluid Products, a company that provides specialized equipment and services to improve drilling in the oil and gas industry, needed a larger facility due to growing demand. They hired Clay Development & Construction Inc. to build a new complex at 11901 Cutten Road in Houston, which would accommodate both office and manufacturing spaces.
This new facility is unique because it combines modern office spaces with advanced manufacturing areas. Faust Haus played a key role in the design and construction of the building, advising on the office layout, HVAC systems, and equipment placement. We also conducted a workplace analysis to help PV optimize their new space. The outcome is an efficient, modern workplace with amenities similar to those found in high-end office buildings.
PV Fluid Products' new headquarters received the Landmark Award in the industrial category at the Houston Business Journal’s 2020 Landmark Awards. The Houston Business Journal’s Landmark Awards are given annually to recognize exceptional real estate projects in the Houston area.
